When I was 10 years old I had a short lived beauty influencer era of my own. I had an instagram account where a friend and I would take turns doing reviews of any new products we got, which most always consisted of nothing more than a tinted chapstick. Since then I have always had a interest in watching the ever evolving industry beauty influencers take part in. Although I love a mindless scroll at the end of my day, through putting on my PR lens my feed has transformed into an unintentional study of market trends and PR strategies. I’ve curated my following list to include a range of not just my heavily relied on news sources, but also the most impactful beauty influencers who keep me informed about the latest products and trends.

My knowledge in Public Relations and Digital Humanites and with my passion for beauty and social media, is what drives me to learn more on this topic as we move forward with this blog!
